Custom & Made-to-Order Items

  • Most of our products are made-to-order or require careful craftsmanship, which may extend production times.
  • If there are any delays due to production, we will notify you promptly.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing help@mostcharm.com.
  • We can't make changes once your order has been processed and shipped. If you need assistance after that, check our Return Policy for options.

Incorrect Address

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.
